54 years ago today, I underwent spinal surgery for scoliosis—a moment that would shape the course of my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined at the time.
Looking back, I feel nothing but gratitude. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has helped make me the person I am today—stronger, more resilient, and deeply grateful.
Through the years, my connection to reiki has been the biggest part of my healing, bringing me comfort, strength, and peace. Alongside that, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have the love and support of family and friends every step of the way.
Today, I pause to reflect, to give thanks, and to honour the journey 💛

I am based at the beautiful Seraphina Centre in Ashton-U-Lyne and blessed to work in the sacred large room upstairs.

I teach on a 1-1 basis as I feel very strongly that this benefits the student enormously.

Beginning with reiki 1 - this level concentrates on self healing and having the tool to self treat for the rest of your life, this will bring in many changes but I offer continued support with my regular Reiki Share group.
