It uses a framework of naturao metaphors and the concept of Qi ("chee", the various expressions of energy in nature) to understand, diagnose and treat the individual.

Four out of five of us get back pain at some point in our lives.
Most back pain is caused by a simple sprain or strain and improves in a short time with simple self-help treatments.
However, sometimes back pain becomes persistent (chronic) or has a more complex cause.

Physio Team-Works provides the highest standard of care possible to all patients, approaching your problems as a whole and understanding your way of life.

Your first physiotherapy session will be conducted in a private room on a one to one basis with strict confidentiality. You will be asked a series of questions to note your current complaints and any past medical history that is relevant to your complaint.

The first session can take between 30 and 45 minutes. Provided you are suitable for treatment we shall treat you on the day of your initial examination.
Some more complex problems might require follow-up appointments.
