Today 16 December I’d like you to show yourself some Self Love.

Take a gentle pause today and ask yourself the Question

“What is one small thing I can do today to be kinder to myself?”

It doesn’t have to be big or perfect.

Maybe it’s an earlier night, a warm nourishing meal, a walk in fresh air, taking a class, doing a meditation, saying no without guilt, or placing a hand on your heart and taking three slow breaths.

Self-love lives in these quiet moments of care.
One small kindness that you show to yourself can shift your whole day

Take a moment, choose one thing, and let it be enough ❤️

Can you believe we’re nearly halfway through the month !

The practice for today 15 December is a Breath for Inner Warmth and cupping the eyes.

When the weather is cold and energy feels low, your breath can become a beautiful source of warmth and comfort.

Try this simple warming breath:
Sit or stand tall
Close the eyes
Inhale gently through your nose, filling the belly and chest
Exhale slowly through the nose, imagining warmth spreading through your body
Repeat for 5–10 steady breaths

Return the breath to normal , and then Rub your palms together, creating friction until they feel warm, Place the palms over your closed eyes and pause allowing the heat to gently soothe the eyes before blinking them open and gently opening the fingers to allow the light to trickle through.

Let your breath and palms remind you that warmth, safety and ease are always available from within.

A few mindful breaths can shift everything.

Today 14 December is an Emotional Release Tip

A gentle reminder for this time of year…

December can stir a lot.
Memories, expectations, endings, fatigue, tenderness.
And that’s normal.

It’s okay to feel tired.
It’s okay to feel emotional.
It’s okay to feel a little softer or more sensitive than usual.

I know that I personally have felt all of these things last week. It was a difficult week for me and I actually allowed myself to lean into my emotions rather than suppressing them.

Just know that nothing has gone wrong.
Your nervous system is responding to a full year, darker days, and quieter energy asking you to slow.

Today, try offering yourself the same kindness you’d give a dear friend.
Less pressure.
More compassion.
More permission to rest.

Allow yourself some time today to just be with yourself and your emotions, to think, to reflect and to re group.

You don’t need fixing, you don’t need to put on a mask and be jolly, you need gentleness.

13 December Calm Morning Ritual

Before the day asks anything of you…
offer yourself five slow, intentional minutes.

✨ Wake up with intention ✨

Before reaching for your phone or rushing ahead:
Sit up comfortably in bed
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly
Take 5 slow breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth
With each exhale, soften your shoulders and jaw

Then gently ask yourself:
“How do I want to feel today?”
Calm? Grounded? Supported? Spacious?

Let that word guide your pace, your choices, your energy today

Small rituals like this quietly reset the nervous system and create a steadier start especially in a busy, emotional December.

You don’t need more time.
Just a little more intention

Hi all

Today marks the 12/12 portal, a powerful energetic doorway that invites reflection, clarity, and conscious choice as we move toward the close of the year.

The number 12 carries the wisdom of completion, integration, and wholeness. We see it everywhere 12 months, 12 zodiac signs, 12 cranial nerves reminding us that life moves in cycles. When doubled, as it is today, this energy is amplified.

The 12/12 portal supports:
Releasing what no longer aligns
Integrating lessons from the past year
Gaining clarity around your soul’s next steps
Aligning heart, mind, and intention
Gentle activation rather than force or pushing

This isn’t about striving or manifesting harder.
It’s about coming back into coherence listening inward, softening, and allowing clarity to rise naturally.

How you might work with today’s energy:

Pause and reflect:
What am I ready to complete or let go of?

Breathe into your heart space for a few slow, steady breaths

Today’s task is a Cup-Filling Activity

A little reminder as we move through December…
you don’t have to keep giving from an empty cup.

Today, pause and choose one small nourishing ritual just for you.
Nothing complicated. Nothing perfect. Just something that fills you back up.

A long, warm bath
A few quiet pages of journalling
An early night or a slow morning
Soft music, candles, cosy socks
A moment of stillness with your hand on your heart

And if it feels right, share your cup-filling ritual in the comments, your choice might inspire someone else to be a little kinder to themselves today.

Always remember …..
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to receive.
You are allowed to refill.
