There was a time I almost gave it all up…

Running my wellness business while navigating grief, exhaustion, and burnout from years of caring and giving to everyone else left me completely empty.

I remember sitting in my car outside the studio, questioning everything.
“Am I strong enough to keep going?”
“Does what I do even make a difference?”
“Will anyone notice if I stop?”

It was a dark moment.
But instead of walking away, I turned inward.
I remembered why I started because I wanted to create the kind of sanctuary I never had when I was falling apart.

So I lit a candle. I breathed. I asked for guidance.
And I chose to keep showing up messy, human, and real.

Since then, I’ve helped so many beautiful souls rest, heal, and reconnect with themselves. I’ve witnessed tears of release in soundbaths, quiet joy in meditations, and laughter in yoga classes that remind us we’re not alone.

My lesson?
You don’t have to be perfect or have it all together to make a difference.
You just need to care deeply and keep going, one small step at a time.

🌗 What Are You Releasing This Summer?

As the wheel of the year turns and we move through the height of summer, nature shows us the beauty of letting go the trees surrender their blossoms, the flowers release their petals, and we’re invited to soften, reflect, and shed what no longer feels aligned.

What are you being called to release?

An old pattern that drains your energy
The weight of “shoulds” that dim your joy
A relationship, belief, or behaviour that’s no longer true for who you’re becoming

Sometimes the things we carry feel so familiar, we don’t realise how heavy they’ve become. But releasing isn’t about loss it’s about making space. Space for ease, clarity, radiance… and the next version of you.

Top Tip Tuesday for your mental health 😍

Nurture your nervous system first you will be far more productive and get through your day with ease.

When you’re regulated, you make clearer decisions, communicate with confidence, and create from a place of calm.

I’ve learned that It’s not lazy to pause. It’s wise and so very necessary. So next time you’ve a decision to make, a task to do or you’re feeling tired, stressed or overwhelmed try one of the following :-

A 5-minute grounding breath.
A cup of tea in silence.
A slow walk in nature.

These tiny acts of self-care aren’t luxuries they’re necessities.

So, before you hustle harder… breathe softer, be kind to yourself and the results will show.

✨ Thinking about trying one of my yoga, meditation or holistic sessions but feeling unsure? Let me answer a few of the most common questions I get…

❓ Do I need to be flexible or fit to come to yoga?
Not at all. My classes are designed for real people all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities are welcome. We move gently, rest often, and focus on feeling better in your body, not performing.

❓ I’ve never meditated before will I be able to do it?
Absolutely. You don’t need to “clear your mind” or sit cross-legged. I’ll guide you gently, and you’ll always be invited to make the practice your own. Most people are surprised by how much they enjoy the stillness.

❓ What if I’m going through a tough time emotionally?
You are so welcome here. Many people come to my space for support with stress, burnout, anxiety or grief. You don’t have to feel “together” to begin. In fact, that’s often the perfect time to reach out.

❓ What’s a soundbath or a holistic treatment like?
Think deep rest and gentle healing. Whether it’s the soothing tones of crystal bowls or the nurturing touch of Reiki or facials, these sessions are designed to calm your nervous system and restore your energy.

Everything I offer to support you comes from lived in experience and intensive training and these modalities are what I’ve used to support myself through difficult times in my life. I don’t take the short option when it comes to my training, all of my qualifications were gained from in depth in person courses with respected teachers.

I’ve done all the recommended reading and I’ve researched extensively myself, I continue to do this daily to grow myself both as an individual and a teacher.

I take my classes and treatments really seriously and they’re planned and carried out to the very best of my ability so that you get the experience that you deserve.
