FREE Pregnancy support group for anyone expecting in the Tameside and Oldham areas.

Monthly meet ups at Mossley Community Centre to share information, tips and advice. Regular guest speakers including Health Visitors, local pre/post natal organisations.

This session is open to pregnant families as well as families that now have their little ones and have been to our sessions previously!

We will have a chat about all things pregnancy, birth, and fourth trimester. Connecting through peer support to share advice, information and tips!

We will have the usual brews, biscuits, baby clothes and book donations!

Come and join us for a relaxed 90 minutes, in a friendly and supportive environment.

What a fabulous session on Sunday!!!

Lots of new faces and plenty of discussion about birth choices and the importance of being as informed as possible in readiness for labour, including having your birth partner involved as much as possible!

A massive thanks to Ruth for providing lots of information and answering questions from our group.

Thank you to everyone that came along, I hope it was super useful and you left feeling empowered ❤️

Happy Bump Day ❤️

Our next session is a few weeks away but I'm getting prepped early this time 🤩

We will have Amanda from Tag Togs joining us!
Amanda is the founder of Tag Togs, a baby sling wearing business.

All items are handmade in Huddersfield by a team of skilled seamstresses. They have beautiful and unique designs, with their range stretching from newborn to toddlers. They also make lots of amazing baby & childrens clothes and accessories.

Amanda will be in hand to demonstrate how to use their slings and carriers, and you can even have a go yourself!

Please feel free to share with friends/groups who might be interested in joining us.

You are also welcome to bring your own sling and have a try using it!

We will have brews a plenty, biscuits, book club, baby clothes donations and plenty of time to chat!

Morning all

Hope everyone had a nice bank holiday ❤️

I'm still hiding in the shadows a bit at the moment, I've struggled with juggling life and work since I finishing maternity leave so trying to slow down and be kind to myself!

But, our next session is just around the corner 👀

Apologies for the late notification of our next bump club...! I have recently gone back to work after maternity leave and trying to get my ducks back in a row, as they say!! I'll get there eventually!

So our next session is THIS SUNDAY!!

We have the lovely Jade joining us, aka Mama Breathe. She will be doing a fabulous chilled pregnancy yoga session with us, giving you time to relax and connect with your baby.

👋 I've been a bit MIA recently, the adjustment from 1 to 2 kids has been a big learning curve, but we now have an 8 month old who stayed in her own cot all night last night for the first time! So here we are, trying to get back in the groove with life!

I'm excited for our next Bump Club which will be a little get together!
