Most people have been stuck in a forever cycle of yo-yo dieting and weight loss / gain.

If your goal is just general health, fitness and to lose weight, so you have more energy and feel better about yourself, then please just implement the basics into your lifestyle for a least 6 months to build your foundation and go from their.

As I get older I realise more and more than mobility and flexibility is the most important part of my workout structure.

When I was younger, my ego would take over and I would train like a maniac and never end up stretching because I could just go again the next day.

Then I started getting problems with the muscles around my hips, which started causing lower back pain.

Nobody wants to get old and start having to replace joints or have issues like sciatica all because they never stretched.

We as humans have seemed to have taken that natural ability out of our lifestyle because when you look at all other animals, they are constantly doing it.
