START YOUR DAY WITH A PROTEIN MEAL….are you eating enough protein?

Apologies it’s not the most appetising photo of a breakfast, but it is delicious and full of protein. I wanted to show you what 20g looks like.

On average a woman needs around 20g of protein every meal and 30g for men. This would change according to age, activities and pregnancy.

You should be starting your day on a protein meal to help keep your blood sugars under control.

A meal with enough protein will stop you going for the sugary snacks and having an afternoon slump. It will help with weight loss because it will keep you fuller for longer and for ladies it will help to support your hormones.

½ tin baked beans
1x scrambled egg cooked in butter
3-4g mixed mushrooms (I used sh*take & oyster
Topped with sea salt, ground pepper, fresh thyme

Check out your breakfast, are you eating enough protein?

❤️😋

I’ve just flown for 22-hours without jet lag. Here are my tips…..

1. Get an early night before the flight
2. Use an eye mask and ear plugs
3. Change into something lightweight and comfortable during the flight (I wear leggings under my trousers and take them off once seated)
4. Order light meals. Try Asian food, if available instead of Western food which is full of carbs and sugar. This will bloat you
5. Drink plenty of water
6. Avoid alcohol
7. Snack on nuts and dates
8. Use a neck pillow
9. During the flight spritz your face with a hydration spray
10. Walk and stretch as much as possible

Did KNOW THAT YOU COUKD BE CAUSING YOURSELF TOXIC OVERLOAD FROM YOUR CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Cleaning products that have the danger ❌ ‼️ symbols could be causing you poor health. The symbols are used for a reason to indicate something is bad.

Too many chemicals can cause many health issues such as (this list is not exhaustive):
