Why I do what I do

My journey began in 2013, leading me to reconnect with my spiritual self and begin a deep personal healing process. Through exploring energy, self-awareness, and the connection between mind, body and spirit, I came to understand how our thoughts, emotions and experiences shape our wellbeing — and how imbalances can show up physically.

Through my own journey, I discovered the power of energy work and therapeutic touch in restoring balance. Reiki, massage and reflexology became not just tools for healing, but a way to help others reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. What began as personal growth has grown into a true calling, and I feel grateful to support others as they slow down, release tension and allow healing to unfold.

My approach

I believe everything begins with energy. When its flow becomes disrupted, it can present as tension or imbalance within the body.

Through Reiki, massage and reflexology, I create a calm, nurturing space where clients can relax, release and realign. Each treatment is intuitive and guided by a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal, with the intention of restoring harmony between mind, body and spirit.

Benefits of working with me

• Deep relaxation and nervous system reset
• Rebalancing of energy and release of blockages
• Emotional release and mental clarity
• Relief from physical tension and discomfort
• A safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself

A little about me

• I love all kinds of music
• Current favourite: Another Story – The Head and The Heart
• Coffee over tea
• Favourite essential oil blend: Ylang Ylang & Jasmine

What inspires you to do this work?

My path into massage began with an HND in Holistic Therapy. A later qualification as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor deepened my understanding of how the body holds tension and life experiences, and continues to shape my trauma-sensitive approach.

My style isn’t about fixing, but about creating a supportive space where your body can rest and reconnect.

What makes my treatments special?

Tension can accumulate and settle into the body over time. If you struggle to unwind, often feel keyed up, or notice areas that remain held even when you try to relax, massage offers a rare opportunity to truly let go.

Using slow, precise, almost meditative touch, each session is tailored to support the release of held tension, promote deep relaxation, and restore a sense of balance and ease.

3. What I offer

Trauma-sensitive massage designed to help women feel more settled and grounded, supporting a gentle shift from being on guard into rest. With slower movements, mindful pressure, and space for stillness, each session works with the body’s natural capacity to settle.

Sessions are available in 45, 60, and 90 minutes, with optional facial and scalp massage.
