What does the class include?

The 8 HYROX stations modified to meet your fitness and strength levels.

Who can take part?

Absolutely everyone! There’s no minimum fitness requirement, no gym membership required and no age or gender limit. All you need is a good pair of trainers 👟.

💡ONLINE COACHING CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💡

Client Amelia’s amazing transformation so far… Over 5kg body fat removed, inches off her waist line and muscle maintained around her glutes.
All achieved by following a simple training plan, a tailored nutrition plan and varying amounts of cardio that fits around Amelia’s week.
No restrictives diets as we still planned for meals out every single week. As well as weekends away, holidays, parties, Christmas and other social events.
Amelia’s ability to adhere to a plan and train with intensity has been absolutely perfect 👏🏻 and she is continually achieving the results and the goals we set together hitting PRs in the gym weekly🏋🏼‍♀️

• increased strength across every lift.

This client has really worked hard on building up the glutes and upper back, reducing overall body fat % all whilst never missing out on social events and enjoying meals off plan every week. Creating this beautiful hourglass figure ⏳

How did we achieve this?

The client came to me looking to build muscle, lose weight, and understand how to achieve these goals and sustain the results.
She followed a structured training plan, making progressions every single week, as well as a tailored nutrition plan that fit around her busy lifestyle working 12 hour shifts.
We started with a reverse diet increasing intake and up-regulating the metabolism which made the dieting phase much easier.
We then went into a 14 week dieting phase with a diet break implemented half way through to ensure the client didn’t burnout or plateau. Cardio was never more than 2 hours spread across the week. As well as using “high days” and off plan meals throughout, because a successful diet only works if it works for the client.

Surpassed all my expectations and Managed to get invited back to the PCA British championship finals in October🤯🤩

Wow! What an experience… I’m overwhelmed by the lovely messages from everyone, a lot of hard work and dedication but I couldn’t be happier with the way prep, peak week and show day went❤️

How does it work?

Step 1 - Know your goal… is it to lose weight? To build muscle? To weight gain? Or to perfect your Nutrition?
Once you’ve set your goal, How long do you want to dedicate to achieving it?
Step 2 - Know your timeframe - Do your goals align with a date? A holiday? A wedding? A competition or event? The longer you have to achieve your goals the more sustainable lifestyle changes will be made. And the sooner you start the more time you have ⏳

Client Jamie’s incredible 16 week transformation!

16 weeks ago Jamie had never stepped foot in a gym, he was taking a break from running, and his body was clearly inflamed, so we decided to overhaul his nutrition, and in the process motivated him to join a gym.
Fast forward 16 weeks and we have stripped back all inflammation through a tailored nutrition plan that doesn’t restrict any of his favourite foods and currently means he can maintain this physique on over 3800kcals/day, and by following a training plan that fits around his busy work shift pattern, added over 10kg of lean mass to his frame.. it’s hard to believe Jamie weighs 1.5stone heavier now than he did in April, yet looks so much leaner. This is all down to body composition and how we can manipulate the way our body looks when we have personalised training and nutrition plans that work for us as individuals.
training and nutrition is not 1 size fits all… you can’t follow your favourite influencers routine and nutrition and expect to yield the same results…
The best results always come from plans that are made to fit you and your lifestyle.

12 weeks into an 18 week diet phase.
How was this achieved?
▫️Calories never dropped below 1300/day
▫️Cardio was never more than 30 minutes of medium intensity / day.
▫️4x weight lifting sessions / week.
▫️5x meals per day tailored to personal nutritional requirements.
▫️Off plan meals and high days implemented accross the 12 weeks.
Crash diets and high intensity cardio paired together to reduce fat will not get the sustainable results you want! They put the body under an immense amount of stress, it’s not enjoyable and ultimately, make it 100x harder to strip away excess body fat.
Long term sustainable results are achievable, if you use and adjust the variables in your favour.
The only effective weight loss phase is the one you’ll adhere to, a one that’s tailored to your diet and lifestyle.
