Here they are at last:

✨ Thursdays 9th, 16th & 23rd October @ 7.30pm

📍 Astley Pensioners & Community Hub

These are small, cosy group sessions — perfect for slowing down and soaking up some gentle autumn energy. Pre-booking essential as spaces are limited.

I also have some availability for 1:1 sessions throughout the month (Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, Teaching or Coaching).

What a truly special day.

Today’s Cleanse & Clear workshop was filled with gentle power, soulful creativity, and the most beautiful energy. We crafted feather smudgers with intention, explored ways to cleanse and protect our space, shared wisdom, laughter, and stillness… and let the sound vibrations carry us into deep release.

To each and every person who joined us today — thank you. Your openness, presence, and light made this gathering what it was. It’s always an honour to hold space for others, and even more so when I get to do it alongside my soul sister and eternal bestie, Joanne Revell from Cosy Snug Serenity — my heart is full to bursting.

There’s something truly sacred about coming together in community, learning, clearing, healing, and rising.
Here’s to more days like this.
