These are small, nurturing group sessions — perfect for embracing the stillness and beauty of the season ahead. Bring your cosiest blanket, a bottle of water and an open heart.

Nature's gentle reminder - growth happens quietly, but oh how beautiful it is!

What a truly special day.

Today’s Cleanse & Clear workshop was filled with gentle power, soulful creativity, and the most beautiful energy. We crafted feather smudgers with intention, explored ways to cleanse and protect our space, shared wisdom, laughter, and stillness… and let the sound vibrations carry us into deep release.

To each and every person who joined us today — thank you. Your openness, presence, and light made this gathering what it was. It’s always an honour to hold space for others, and even more so when I get to do it alongside my soul sister and eternal bestie, Joanne Revell from Cosy Snug Serenity — my heart is full to bursting.

There’s something truly sacred about coming together in community, learning, clearing, healing, and rising.
Here’s to more days like this.
Here’s to the path we walk together.

Feeling So Grateful ❤️

✨️Today was pure magic.
I had the absolute joy of supporting my soul sister and eternal bestie Joanne Revell, Cosy Snug Serenity as she taught her very first Reiki 1 class to the most incredible group of women. The energy in the room was something special—so open, so kind, so powerful. It was a privilege to be a small part in their journey as it begins, and I know they’re going to bring so much light to the world.✨️

Tomorrow, we get to join forces again for our Cleanse & Clear workshop in Astley—crafting feather smudgers, sharing sacred knowledge, and holding space for others to reconnect, release and protect their energy.

I am so deeply grateful to be doing this work—with someone I have nothing but love, respect and soul-deep connection for—and to walk alongside the beautiful people we meet on this journey through life.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this path. My heart is full. ❤️
