PHIT Fitness Academy is a Body Transformation Facility in Birmingham which helps individuals get in shape, get lean, increase energy and lose 20-30LBS in 90 Days WITHOUT giving up the foods they love. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for each client and give them an in depth understanding on nutrition and training, with all the accountability and tools they need, to help them focus on sustaining their outcome long term, rather than as short term fix.

We couldn’t be prouder of every person who took part in this event. The energy, the determination, and the way everyone pushed each other to keep going was truly inspiring to watch.

For some of our members, this was their first time ever doing an event like this. Some came in thinking they might not finish it, or that they might not even be able to do it at all. But they showed up, pushed through the doubt, and proved to themselves just how capable they really are.

This is exactly what Phit stands for a community where everyone supports each other and grows stronger together. No matter your age, your background, or your fitness level, there is a place for you here.

Together we push limits. Together we grow.

The bench height, foot placement, rib position, chin tuck, it all matters.

Our tried and tested methods through both nutrition and training have been the solution for so many individuals that value their health. The training we employ is predominantly weight training as this is the ultimate way to get rid of unwanted body fat alongside being in a calorie deficit. Our training is suitable for both men and women of all ages, any shape or size and we give a full education process so that you don’t feel uncomfortable training with weights. Our high success rate is largely down to being selective with who we bring into the academy as we have an awesome community of clients! We also want clients to have a strong enough WHY to adhere to our programme, otherwise you will be wasting your money, time and our energy.
