A massive congratulations to Mark, who has been an absolutely class in November. His consistency and commitment have been incredible — training 4+ times per week, pushing his weights, and even putting in extra work on his rest days.

Mark has been getting in early before his sessions to get a run in before training even starts. He’s also been jumping on the Fittest app every Sunday at 8am, picking up extra points and proving that progress never takes a day off.

To top it all off, Mark smashed the Santa Shred, bringing the same intensity and focus that’s made his month so impressive.

We’re extremely proud to recognise Mark as our Member of the Month — keep up the unbelievable work! 💪🔥

*Sue Smart*

Since joining the Phit family, Sue has absolutely skyrocketed in confidence. From the moment she walked into her first session, she committed herself to showing up, challenging her limits, and embracing every step of the journey and it shows in everything she does.

Her progress has been nothing short of inspiring. Week by week, Sue has pushed herself a little further, lifted a little more, and moved with a little more belief in what she’s capable of.

She’s also upped her sessions and even tried new things like boxing, which she’s smashed. Her effort, attitude, and willingness to step outside her comfort zone has been amazing to see.

Amazing work Sue! We’re so proud of you! Keep it up! 💪

Our Phit Fitness Academy Christmas Party & Awards was the perfect way to celebrate everyone’s hard work this year. It was amazing to come together, have a laugh, recognise some incredible achievements, and just enjoy the community we’ve built.

🌟 MEMBERS OF THE MONTH – OCTOBER 🌟

SGPT - Sandra Campbell

Sandra has absolutely smashed it this month! 💪 She’s really found her rhythm and put all her energy into focusing on herself — and the results are showing!

One of the standout things Sandra did this month was come up with a new habit on PHIT Coach called “Vitamin N” — her reminder to say No to the things that could distract her from her goals. 💥 Such a powerful mindset shift and something we can all take inspiration from!

Despite travelling to London each week to help care for her mum, she’s still been making it in for 3–4 sessions a week, showing amazing consistency and dedication. Her strength has gone through the roof lately, and she’s been pushing some seriously impressive weights! 🏋️‍♀️

*Hats off to you, Sandra — you’re doing amazing! 👏 Keep it up, and keep showing everyone what’s possible when you commit to yourself!*

LGPT - Danielle Mcilroy

A huge shoutout to Danielle, who’s been absolutely smashing it since returning to training after her pregnancy! 🙌 Her consistency, effort, and determination have been incredible to watch.

Since coming back, she’s thrown herself into every session and has been making amazing progress week after week. Not only has she been crushing the Santa Shred Challenge, but she’s also been showing what’s possible when you stay focused and committed — even with everything else life throws your way!

Her energy and positivity light up every session, and she’s become such a motivating presence for everyone around her. Whether it’s pushing herself through those tough workouts or cheering others on, Danielle embodies what PHIT is all about — strength, support, and showing up for yourself. 💪

Our tried and tested methods through both nutrition and training have been the solution for so many individuals that value their health. The training we employ is predominantly weight training as this is the ultimate way to get rid of unwanted body fat alongside being in a calorie deficit. Our training is suitable for both men and women of all ages, any shape or size and we give a full education process so that you don’t feel uncomfortable training with weights. Our high success rate is largely down to being selective with who we bring into the academy as we have an awesome community of clients! We also want clients to have a strong enough WHY to adhere to our programme, otherwise you will be wasting your money, time and our energy.
