PHIT Youngstars is a development training programme for boys & girls aged 9–11, designed to build young athletes from the ground up.
Through structured, weekly coached sessions, children develop strength, endurance, co-ordination, and running technique helping them not only get fitter, but perform better in any sport they take part in.

🚨MARCH MEMBERS OF THE MONTH🚨

Large Group PT Member of the Month– Kobi Kwarteng

@⁨~Kobi K⁩ may be a relatively new member, but the progress he’s made in a short space of time has been incredible, especially with his strength, which has absolutely skyrocketed.

He brings 110% effort to every single session, never misses a workout, and consistently pushes himself outside of his comfort zone and has managed to top the table in the March challenge on Phit coach. That mindset is exactly what drives results, and it’s clear to see it paying off.

Kobi’s attitude and work ethic set a great example for everyone around him and we’re excited to see how far he can go.

Well done Kobi! Keep pushing! šŸ’Ŗ

Small Group PT Member of the Month – Joy Sohal

We’re proud to recognise @⁨~Joy⁩, a long-term member who is currently in the form of her life. Despite managing long-term injuries, she has continued to show up, put the work in, and push herself every session.

Her results this year have been nothing short of outstanding, losing a stone and an incredible 13.75 inches. This is a true reflection of her consistency, resilience, and determination.

Joy is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when you stay committed, no matter the challenges. We’re incredibly proud of her progress.

Here’s a look at some of our client transformations. šŸ†

No quick fixes, no extremes, just real people putting in consistent effort and trusting the process. Each result you see here comes from showing up, even on the days where motivation wasn’t quite there, and sticking to habits that actually fit into day-to-day life.

Progress like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built over weeks of small wins, better choices, and a mindset shift that goes far beyond just the physical changes. Confidence grows, routines become second nature, and things that once felt difficult start to feel normal.

Really proud of every single one of these, not just for how far they’ve come visually, but for the work that’s gone in behind the scenes šŸ‘

Meet Sarah ā˜ŗļø

After years of putting everyone else first raising her kids and managing a demanding career in public health, Sarah knew something had to change. She understood the importance of looking after her health, but like so many, she kept herself at the bottom of the list.

So, she made a decision: it was time to prioritise herself.

When Sarah first joined PHIT, she couldn’t do a single sit-up. She struggled with a bad back and poor sleep. Fast forward 9 months… and the transformation speaks for itself.

She’s now smashing weighted sit-ups, pushing a 200kg sled, and achieving more than she ever thought possible in such a short time. She’s lost 4 inches off her hips, 4 inches off her waist, dropped 2 dress sizes, and feels stronger than she ever has even compared to when she was younger.

But for Sarah, it’s about more than just the physical results. It’s about how she feels. More energy, better sleep, and a completely new relationship with her health. And she actually enjoys showing up those early mornings included.

Her advice?

ā€œJust do it. If you don’t prioritise yourself, no one else will.ā€
She also says what really makes PHIT special is the community supportive, welcoming, and full of people on their own journeys. No judgement. No competition. Just encouragement.

Most people don’t ā€˜ruin’ their progress because of one treat…

They ruin it because they think:
ā€˜Well I’ve already messed up… might as well keep going.’

That turns one Easter egg into a full weekend of overeating.

Truth is you can enjoy your chocolate AND stay on track.

Just don’t let one moment turn into a habit.

🚨 *FEBRUARY MEMBERS OF THE MONTH* 🚨

*Member of the Month SGPT – Mariam

Huge shoutout to Marian who joined us just 12 weeks ago with the goal of building strength and muscle mass.

The results have been incredible a full stone gained while staying lean, with measurements up across the whole body.

Bulking properly takes serious discipline with training, nutrition, and consistency, and Marian has absolutely nailed it.

We don’t see this goal as often as fat loss, which makes this transformation even more impressive.

Amazing work Marian fully deserved! šŸ‘
