Iโ€™m taking on a challenge to run an ultra marathon to raise money for Parkinsonโ€™s UK and cerebral palsy sport.

Iโ€™m Proud to support communities I work alongside every day. I see the challenges people face but I see the impact support can make and itโ€™s incredible.

Every Tuesday I have the pleasure of helping these young lads and Iโ€™m glad I can help them through this journey.

The class aims at improving a variety of things such as motor skills, balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and postural stability which will help support their functional independence.

Itโ€™s a great class with many laughs! Who says therapy wasnโ€™t fun! ๐Ÿ˜†

As some of you may be aware that me and friends have collaborated to form a new run club called FORWARD MOTION.

We are striving to build a strong community feel where everyone is welcome and we aim to inspire them to become more mobile, motivated and most importantly
happy through the power of running ๐Ÿ˜

BIGGER AND BETTER ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ‹

Iโ€™m pleased to announce a new class in partnership with & . The class will be aimed at improving whole body mobility and functionality by working on a variety of things such as strength, balance and coordination, in which this will help support their independence also.

I really hope this inspires those who are in similar circumstances and to show Parkinsonโ€™s never wins! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

To boost protein intake you could always chuck in a meat source. Prawns or chicken would go well with this dish ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
