Spinach, chickpea and green bean curry 🤩🍛

Fuelling up with something fresh tonight!

It’s Great for meal prep, it’s healthy and it’s well balanced.

To boost protein intake you could always chuck in a meat source. Prawns or chicken would go well with this dish 👌🏻

Definitely recommend and definitely having this again 😮‍💨

The journey to get here:

When leaving school, I went on to study an extended diploma in sport at college. Which then lead onto graduating Coventry University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Therapy degree.

To further my education, I took the time to broaden my knowledge through several additional qualifications and set up Whitelaw Wellbeing.

This is a business and brand offering a range of health and wellbeing services to help you live well. My work ethic and personal characteristics have helped me to grow and reach where I am today.

What an amazing achievement of making the podium, considering it’s only our second year competing at SHG together!💜

I am so proud of us, but I can honestly say our hard work over the past few months has really paid off✅

You either love it or hate it, however I’m going to outline the reasons as to why I choose to implement running into my weekly routine.

Running has a wide range of benefits including: mental, physical, lifestyle and social benefits.

- Boosts mood and reduces stress
- Improves sleep and mental clarity.
- Strengthens heart and lungs
- Burns calories
- Increases energy and focus
- Creates structure and discipline
- Can be meditative and relaxing (* sometimes 🤣*)

Exercise has numerous benefits for people with Parkinson’s disease. It is one of the most effective non-pharmacological strategies to manage symptoms and improve quality of life. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the benefits:

Motor Symptoms: Improves balance and coordination and reduces the risk of falls with further stability. Increases in mobility and flexibility with reduced stiffness and rigidity. Placing a focus on enhancing gait and walking ability supports functional independence in everyday life.
