It's a chilly one this morning and looks like it's going to get colder, if you know me you'll know I'm a tad obsessed with the weather, next week is going to be freezing but don't let that put you off coming to class. Wednesday 7th January, 2 classes at Atherstone Active Therapy Clinic, Hatha at 6pm and Kundalini at 7.15pm. It's so cosy and warm in that studio, booking is via the clinic website. My oracle cards and Tarot readings have really taken a back seat for the last few months 😔, it's time to dust them off💖, this card fell out of the pack while I was shuffling and it's perfect for now🙏. The witches broom, meaning literally sweeping away, gently sweeping away all that's not serving you, a gentle, soft spring clean in December, this card was meant to be this morning, I hope it resonates with you too. Good morning, I've not put stuff on this page for ages but I've seen that I've got some new views, thank you very much ❤️. Soooooo I though I'd pop on this morning and share this beautiful photo 💖🙏. This is at ThriveHQ which is at the Screatons building on Ratcliffe Road, this is going to be our 6 weekly soundbath 💖💖💖💖💖💖. Yay I'm so excited to be sharing this beautiful practice. Let's keep the celebrations of the solstice going for a whole week☀️🙏❤️. This will be a joyous afternoon, there might even be cake 😊. Come and join in this beautiful practice, maybe challenge yourself a little as you move gently through 108 sun salutations. One of the new books I've ordered has arrived, another one is on its way 😊. I'm finding this subject really interesting, the vagus nerve affects us in so many ways. This will hopefully be what my next workshop will be about, using breathing, yoga, meditation and sound to stimulate the vagus nerve, I'll pop a date on here when I've got one sorted, peace, love and all things groovy 🙏❤️💖

What a beautiful day for the Spring equinox ❤️☀️.
This is my new year, when I feel more inclined to set some gentle intentions, setting intentions, affirmations in the sunshine ☀️.
I've taken a little break from teaching this week cos I needed to rest and recharge ❤️.
Classes are on from tomorrow and we are going to be celebrating the equinox in class, gently and slowly, with joy ❤️☀️🙏.

Back at the studio at Atherstone Active Therapy Clinic, Tuesday and Wednesday evening this week. There are spaces in both yoga classes, 6pm til 7pm. You can book via the clinic website. This week we are doing some gentle stretches before doing some work on hips and lower back. Meditation this week is about finding joy and happiness 💖🙏💞.
Next Wednesday there will be Yoga Nidra after yoga, 45 minutes of deep relaxation, booking is open now via the clinic website. Love, peace and all things groovy ❤️🙏

Unfortunately I've had to cancel tonight's class at Atherstone Active Therapy Clinic, classes are on there tomorrow night, I think there is one space in each class. The Tuesday night class will be back on next week❤️🙏
