What ever our gender we want to be loved and respected and accepted. All too many times in our lives we get tested and find that we have this massive emptiness inside and all too many times we try and fill that emptiness with outside influences such as material possessions, a job, a relationship. If those things crumble and disappear it constantly can leave us with that empty feeling of hurt and pain . We don’t get taught at school how to love, respect and appreciate ourselves from the inside. We have all the tools inside. We can compare ourselves and have a habit of devaluing who we truly are. Someone once said you are a massive lighthouse in this world.
Its learning to crank that energy up inside again to see the true beautiful nature and absolutely see how we can radiate out and impact others.
just by showing up and being our beautiful true soul.
By changing our thought process from a negative and fear based perspective to a positive perspective and living in the now not the past or the future we can have a beautiful impact on our life.
So many times I hear of people being in a dark place regardless of there gender and my heart goes out because I’ve been there.
My greatest kerb balls in life have been my greatest teachers and have given me choices to either dive deeper in the dark or move out of that place and into great positivity in my life.
I’ve been privileged to work with many clients whatever gender to help them turn there life around or help them to move forwards in there lives.
