I barely get time to practice yoga asana anymore so Iโve resorted to sneaking away to an upstairs office on my lunch break at work for a quick 30 mins ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ even though I could quite easily work straight through my lunchโฆ ๐
Yoga doesnโt need to be glamorous or elaborate, some simple stretches and some deep breaths are enough ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
This simple practice has:
๐ Lowered my heart rate
๐ Relieved stress
๐ Stretched and strengthened my whole body
๐ Eased physical tension
๐ Cleared my mind ready to have a productive afternoon of work
