Reflexology can be performed lying on a massage table or sitting in your favourite chair! It not only feels so good on aching and tired feet but it also helps your whole body to find homeostasis and for every body part there is a corresponding reflex area on your feet and by pressing and stretching these points in your feet it can affect positive change in the corresponding part of your body.

Wonderfully relaxing and healing, it's an hour to switch off from your worries and stress while easing away your aches and pains.

Chronic pain is debilitating to live with and can be very complex to treat. I have lived with chronic pain for as long as I can remember but have many ways to keep it under control and to live a full life. If you have chronic pain and would like to try massage, reflexology or reiki please get in touch. I will work within your limits and listen to your concerns every step of the way. No pain no gain is not a necessary part of holistic therapy even deep tissue massage 💜

So versatile can be done fully clothed or wrapped in a towel/bandeau type top, with or without oils on shoulders/face, with or without oils in hair and all ways are super relaxing! If you love having a scalp massage with your hair cut then this treatment is for you!
