We covered 150 miles non-stop from Motherwell FC to Murrayfield, visiting 22 football stadiums along the way — all in just 2½ days and nights! 🏃‍♂️⚽️

Had the pleasure of playing a very small part in this trojans epic Movember challenge. We provided a set of RecoveryPump compression boots and a Theragun for star of the Tellybox 📺🎬 .Adam ran 1km on the 1st November, 2km on the 2nd Nov etc, etc, totalling an astonishing 465km in total..!!

It was fair to say that the elements were a challenge, and mother nature did her best. To overcome the challenge mentally as well as physically should be commended, especially with a tight filming schedule.

We salute you Sir 🫡 .... and to top it all, what a flipping lovely bloke 👏
