And breathe……

Box breathing is a technique that was shown to me during my healing journey which really helped me during difficult times and I still use it to this day.

While the core principles of Reiki remain the same, there are different types or variations of Reiki available.

I have been attuned to the traditional Usui Reiki system and this is the particular system that worked for me, and one in which I wish to continue offering to my clients.

Usui Reiki focuses on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing and can be used for self-treatment or treating others.
