I offer person-centred psychotherapy for adults and young people aged 11+, supporting people with:

• anxiety and stress
• self-esteem difficulties
• burnout and overwhelm
• life transitions and uncertainty

Therapy provides a confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Sessions are available online and in person in Atherton.
