💪🏻 shoulders 💪🏻

Client came in with reduced movement and pain in the shoulder/scapula area.. flushed through the area and small area of needling after saw an immediate increase in mobility..

Shoulders are complex junctions of muscle, tendon and nerve, and we use them in almost all everyday movements.. one disfunction has a quick knock on effect to other parts of the shoulder which will continue over time.

Reduced scapula movement causing less activation in the romboids and subscapularis.. shoulders rounding forwards, tightness in the traps and lats, FHP and pain across the upper back..

First treatment to loosen and allow for rehab exercises to engage the remboids and pull the scapula back in..

My prices are increasing, for the first time in 3 years!!!
My new hourly rate will be £50, and that includes any and all treatments/rehab plans..
I never got into this make a boat load of money and charge a daft amount, I do it because I don't think that people should be living with pain and getting on with it because they can't afford treatment.. I want to be accessible to everyone.
That being said, my knowledge, experience, training and qualifications has grown exponentially over the last years, and when your clients have been telling you it's time for over 12 months, it's definitely time!!

Deposits!!
I am now officially taking deposits!!
1st appointments to be paid in full on booking!!
2nd+ appointment will have a £20 deposit paid on booking.
No shows/late cancellations(on the day cancellations) will lose deposits.
