Regular maintenance for Dylan, prepping for first timers later this year.

Dylan comes in every few weeks so we can keep on top of any niggles and focus on optimum recovery meaning his training can stay at 100%.

Why?? Well, I have been in practice now for 3 years, and over that time my experience has grown and the treatments I have trained for and offer have gone beyond what Elevate Kinetic Therapy meant..

My clients come in for such a broad variety of injury/rehab and sports therapy that I needed a new look to take that on..

💪🏻 shoulders 💪🏻

Client came in with reduced movement and pain in the shoulder/scapula area.. flushed through the area and small area of needling after saw an immediate increase in mobility..

Shoulders are complex junctions of muscle, tendon and nerve, and we use them in almost all everyday movements.. one disfunction has a quick knock on effect to other parts of the shoulder which will continue over time.
