In this series of Buddhist meditation classes are designed to support your wellbeing on every level. Through clear teachings and guided meditations, youβll learn practical methods for easing stress, creating mental peace, and cultivating a more positive, balanced outlook.
Each class builds gently on the last, helping you develop habits of calm, clarity, and emotional resilience that you can carry into your daily life. Whether youβre looking to improve your mood, strengthen your mental health, or simply feel more grounded, this series offers a supportive path toward a happier, healthier you.
We are a Buddhist Centre based in Attleborough and we hold weekly meditation classes and events. We also have branch classes Aylsham and Norwich.
Our main aim is to share with you some practical wisdom that you can apply to your daily lives. Each class includes 2 guided meditations, a practical teaching, and time for questions.

The purpose of meditation is to cultivate positive mental states and overcome negative habits. Through meditation we learn that happiness is a state of mind and that the real source of happiness lies within, not in external situations. When our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and we experience true happiness. Meditation is the method to make our mind peaceful and can be practiced by anyone.
