💆‍♂️ Quick update – Cancellation Policy 💆‍♀️

Just a little heads-up for all my lovely clients ❤️

While I’ve always tried to be as flexible as possible and haven’t previously enforced my cancellation policy, I’ve recently had a higher number of late cancellations and no-shows. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a significant loss of earnings for my business.

Because of this, I now need to formally enforce my 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

This isn’t something I want to do, but it’s necessary to protect my time and livelihood. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support! it means more than you know 🙏
