Morning all. So we have had a negative review from Su. From our records we cannot figure out who Su is but feel quite upset that she/he/them have felt the need to bring down our stars (and shine ✨ ). Whilst we are aware that treatment results are not what every client desires 100% of the time and that people can choose any practitioner or price that suits them we do try and work with you all to achieve your goals so we need a favour please 🙏🏻

We don’t ever push for you to leave us reviews but the way the system works means that 1 bad review will reduce your visibility and local ranking on the search engine and obviously put new potential clients off from ever stepping foot in our Clinic and missing out on the madness that is!

Please could those of you who are happy with us and our services, kindly leave us an honest review via google, we would be extremely grateful as our little business, like many other needs customer support.
