Liz Gilmour Therapies Welcome I offer a range of healing/energy therapies for bodies in pain and busy minds.

I have worked as a healer at a hospice and GP practices, as well as running relaxation groups within the NHS for patients and staff. In addition to this I have also undertaken volunteer work sitting with end of life care in nursing homes utilising my specialist skill known as soul midwifery. Over the last 35 years I have trained in Spiritual Healing, Reiki, Kansa Vatki Indian Foot Massage, Emotional Therapy, Access Consciousness, Energetic Face-lift, Kinetic Shift, OldPain2Go, Tarot Therapy, Diamond Light Grid Alignments, The Metamorphic Technique, Emotrance, Intuitive Guidance and Soul Midwifery (Gentle Healing for The Dying and Support for others). These give me an extensive range of spiritual healing therapies and experience to draw upon when working one to one with a client or when working remotely.

On Christmas Eve in Ireland, the country goes quiet in a way that feels different to any other night of the year.
The roads empty.
The fields settle.

Lights glow in windows across the countryside, small and steady against the dark.
There is an old Irish tradition of leaving a candle burning in the window on Christmas Eve. A light for welcome. A light for those travelling. A light for anyone who might be far from home.
It was never about decoration.
It was about kindness.
About saying, without words, that there is warmth here. That there is room.
Tonight, wherever you are in the world, that same feeling still carries. Whether you are surrounded by family, quietly on your own, working, travelling, or missing someone who should be here..
May there be peace in your home this Christmas Eve.
May the year loosen its grip, even just for tonight.
And may a little light find you, wherever you are.
