Therapy doesnā€™t always feel like a progress, sometimes it can feel like untangling everything all at once!

If youever started therapy or counselling and felt like your emotions become more intense, this is often part of the process. In Therapy we begin gently explore thoughts, feelings and patterns that may have been pushed aside for a long time but once felt tangled or confusing can start to come into awareness and from there, into understanding.

Iā€™ve had a great day in class today teaching module 4 of the Hypnotherapy diploma at the West Suffolk University, Ipswich.

Module four covers rapid induction amongst other things and is always a class favourite. This is where it all comes together.

My class left smiling and excited to work on their home practice and research. āœØ
