My first ever Ice Bath . . .

Whim says (Whim Wilson 👀🥶🤦🏻😂) not my usual daily morning CROSS POST but this was my birthday surprise from Gusty last night - a cheeky wee hour session in the private suite at Deaths Door Performance Club in Auchterarder and my first ever Ice Bath (the video is even better)

What an amazing experience, and feeling afterwards . . . So much so, that I’m gonnae build my own Ice Bath up today - the one that’s been lying on the decking all year. And, when we’re out in the Campervan I’m gonnae get right into this wild swimming carry on

Anyway. Just woke up. Still lying in bed (the very edge of) as Gusty is fuking star fished and my 2 Cockapoos are spread eagle as well

WEATHER updates for Friday coming soon, then I’ll get a look at the weekend for you, especially if yer running The Fling, or doing that Skyline thingy
