If youâve been going to the gym for years,
And you still donât look the way you want to.
Itâs not just frustrating.
Itâs f**king demoralising.
You are wasting your time and your energy,
Youâd be aswell sat at home on the couch watching Netflix,
Because at this point youâd still get the same result as you are from the gym.
And I know, youâre consistent.
I know you train hard.
You say no to nights out,
Donât eat many takeaways..
But despite your best efforts yet when you catch yourself in the mirror, or see a photo from a night out, or stand on the beach on holiday you still donât look the way you want to.
You start to wonder if this is just as good as it gets for you.
Well, Iâm here to tell you that Itâs not.
The difference between the people who transform their bodies and the people who spend years going nowhere isnât having good or bad genetics.
And itâs not always down to lack of effort either.
More just putting that effort into the wrong things.
My clients like Lisa here have a long term plan.
Which allows us to break down their goals and how theyâre going to get there.
So each week, each month, each phase are all a piece of the puzzle that helps us achieve that bigger goal.
Meaning youâre no longer constantly stuck on a diet yet never looking any different.
