The order you do the exercise in your training program matters.

And I see this happening in the gym way too often.

Bicep curls followed by a pulldown, or tricep push down followed by bench press.

This is severely limiting how much stimulus you’re getting out of the ‘bigger’ movements.

Because if your biceps are pumped from doing curls, it’s going to limit your ability to perform on a lat pulldown.

The solution is to work the bigger muscle groups and multi joint movements first, then leave the single joint and smaller muscle groups closer to the end of the workout…

Coaches talk about sustainable fat loss a lot.

But it’s probably the main reason their clients get sh*t results.

A fat loss diet isn’t supposed to be sustainable.

If it’s comfortable enough to do forever, it’s not aggressive enough to actually work.

Look at the transformations on ELEV8.

We don’t f**k about with “lifestyle changes” and “comfortable deficits.”

We set a start date.

We set an end date.

And then we go all out for 8 weeks.

Then once the fat loss phase is over we move into a reverse diet and then a maintenance phase.

The maintenance afterwards now that is what should be sustainable, not the diet itself.

But to get these results?

You’re going to be hungry.

You’re going to be low on energy.

You’re going to want to give up.

You’re going to be uncomfortable.

That discomfort likely means it’s working.

Stop looking for the easy way to get shredded, because it doesn’t exist.

Stop believing coaches who promise transformations without the effort.

You can’t cheat it.
