If you’ve been going to the gym for years,

And you still don’t look the way you want to.

It’s not just frustrating.

It’s f**king demoralising.

You are wasting your time and your energy,

You’d be aswell sat at home on the couch watching Netflix,

Because at this point you’d still get the same result as you are from the gym.

And I know, you’re consistent.

I know you train hard.

You say no to nights out,

Don’t eat many takeaways..

But despite your best efforts yet when you catch yourself in the mirror, or see a photo from a night out, or stand on the beach on holiday you still don’t look the way you want to.

You start to wonder if this is just as good as it gets for you.

Well, I’m here to tell you that It’s not.

The difference between the people who transform their bodies and the people who spend years going nowhere isn’t having good or bad genetics.

And it’s not always down to lack of effort either.

More just putting that effort into the wrong things.

My clients like Lisa here have a long term plan.

Which allows us to break down their goals and how they’re going to get there.

So each week, each month, each phase are all a piece of the puzzle that helps us achieve that bigger goal.

Meaning you’re no longer constantly stuck on a diet yet never looking any different.

Drop the initial fat, reverse diet then build and only then can we get into a position like this.

Where you look in the mirror and you don’t even recognise your body…

But for all of the right reasons.

Constantly checking yourself out in the mirror.

Finally proud that you look like you lift.

That’s exactly what Lisa did.

I know right now that probably feels a million miles away for you.

But with the right plan in place, a structure to follow each day and the support and accountability of a proper coach.

Ever lost fat before and piled it all back on?

Yeah thought so.

Nothing knocks your confidence like looking in the mirror and realising the shreds you worked so hard for are disappearing.

“I’ll get back on track on Monday.”

Aye, which Monday?

Monday the 32nd of Julember?

Most people think the hard part is losing the weight.

It’s not easy, but it’s not the hardest part.

The hardest part is what comes AFTER the diet phase is over.

Because like a Labrador at an all inclusive buffet, your body is screaming at you to eat more.

When you’re dieting your hunger increases due to an increase in Ghrelin.

And Leptin drops (meaning you feel less full)…

So your food focus goes through the roof.

Then when the diet “ends”…

You eat everything in sight.

There’s no stopping you.

Takeaways,

Chocolate,

Nights out

You can’t say no.

And you don’t know what the f**k to do next.

Because nobody taught you how to transition out of a diet properly.

In fact most coaches don’t even know how to do it.

With my clients, the goal isn’t just getting lean.

It’s staying lean.

Eating more food again.

Getting stronger than ever before.

Feeling full of energy.

And maintaining the results long after the diet phase ends.

That’s exactly what Becky’s done here.

Because anybody can lose weight temporarily.

But only those with the right guidance keep it off.

If you’re willing to play the long game, this could be you too.

The father of 2 bod.

This week there’s been next to no structure or plan for me with Emily being born at the weekend.

I’ve just had to take things as they come,

Which Is a huge change for me considering my day is usually planned out to the minute.

But it is what it is, you just need to find a way.

Too many people come up against the slightest inconvenience and it becomes an excuse for completely going off plan.

Not tracking food.

Not tracking progress indicators.

Not checking in.

And if you’re a client reading this, if the shoe fits then pay attention.

Because it’s all bullsh*t.

Despite not sleeping on Friday night,

Despite being stuck in the hospital all weekend,

And despite having a new born child,

I was still on there or there abouts with my macro targets.

The reality is that it’s not that hard.

I’m not even on a fat loss diet right now,

And I’m still putting in more effort than some of you who are.

There are better choices everywhere nowadays when it comes to your nutrition.

You just have to pick them.

All it takes is one night out.

Or one off plan meal.

The minute something goes just a little off plan,

You end up in f**k it mode for the rest of the week.

There’s no point in starting again on Monday if you’re just going to do the same thing over and over again.

“I’d be happy fitting my old jeans.”

You’re limiting yourself before you’ve even started.

Even if you have some success, you’ll settle for the bare minimum and then crawl back to your comfort zone.

So what’s different with my coaching?

Well thanks for asking..

I don’t just let you settle for the bare minimum.

I’m going to push you,

But that’s because you need to be pushed.

You’re going to work hard.

You’re going to be hungry.

And it’s not going to be easy.

However, If you want to do achieve something you’ve had done before, you have to do something you’ve never done before.

We start with the end in mind and work backwards, doing whatever it takes to get you there.

Harriet said she wanted to “just fit in a dress.”

But we both knew she really wanted more.

89lbs later she and she’s completely transformed her body.
