If your bathroom needed redoing, you’d hire a plumber

So why is it any different for your body?

I mean think about it

I drive my car every single day

But I don’t have the slightest clue how to fix it

I mean can you imagine how it would go if I tried to replace a faulty alternator myself?

I had to Google common car problems to even find out what that was

The reality is, the job would be done quicker and better if I just paid a professional mechanic to do their job.

Obviously in the spirit of working off the weekend, you jump on the Stairmaster because it “burns the most calories.”

Weekly physique update

Still can’t figure out the pictures in this spot, I record a video then when I screenshot the images it seems to kill the quality.

Any tech help much appreciated 😂

Anyway, another week with a busy weekend and multiple bbqs and even a few beers, so I had keep my week days a little tighter to avoid a big gain this week.

Mission accomplished id say.

It can be easy to get a little loose in a gaining phase and just let things get out of hand in the name of ‘bulking’.

But I’ve made that mistake many times before and my goal this time around is to keep my abs at least slightly visible throughout my gaining phase.

For me at this stage I just don’t want to do a big bulk then have to lose a sh*t load of fat next year when it comes to dieting down.
