Letās not sugarcoat it⦠2025 was crap.
For so many people it was loss, stress, overwhelm, grief, uncertainty, and just⦠too much.
Even if nothing huge happened, it still felt heavy. Draining. Relentless.
And I think a lot of us are still recovering.
š¤ But⦠I have such a good feeling about 2026. š¤
Not in a ānew year, new youā way.
More in a slow rebuilding, putting yourself first kind of way.
2026 feels like a year of:
⢠softening instead of pushing
⢠tending to whatās been neglected
⢠choosing rest before burnout forces it
⢠healing at the root, not just coping on the surface
If 2025 took more from you than you expected, youāre not behind.
Youāre human.
And if your body is still catching up, that makes sense.
This is your permission to move into the next season gently.
To heal slowly.
To choose support.
And I see this in the huge wave of women who have decided to choose me to support them with their wellbeing this month. This is the year, to choose you š¹
