Yes that’s right - Reiki works even if we’re not in the same room ✨

Reiki is like giving your body a deep breath from the inside out.

Think of your energy like the electricity that powers a house - when the wires get tangled or overloaded from stress, things stop flowing smoothly. The lights flicker, the WiFi cuts out, and everything feels a bit “off.”

Reiki helps untangle those wires so your energy can move freely again. When your body feels safe and calm, it naturally finds its way back into balance. ✨

I’ve seen clients experience beautiful shifts - sleeping better, feeling less tense, noticing more calm in their day, or finding their body feels more at ease from “stress symptoms” than it has in a long time.

It’s not about fixing or forcing anything. Reiki simply creates the conditions for your body and mind to do what they’re meant to do - rest, restore, and reconnect. 🌿

For so many of us, years of carrying the mental load or not being heard can trigger anxiety “out of nowhere.” It’s not in your imagination.

It’s the limiting beliefs and energetic ties to the past that can keep you feel stuck. So how can we move forward? Reiki calms this storm by clearing energetic blocks and rebalancing the nervous system so your body stops firing off false alarms.

Do this one thing today: stand barefoot on the earth for 2 minutes. This reconnects your energy and reduces cortisol. Reiki works on the same principle, but at a much deeper level.

Do you ever feel like your body just can’t switch off?

You finally sit down… but your mind is racing.
Your shoulders stay tight, your jaw clenched.
Even in stillness, your nervous system feels like it’s on overdrive.

This is what happens when stress piles up and your body forgets how to come back down. And most of us live like this for far too long.

Reiki is one of the gentlest ways I know to press pause on that cycle. ✨
In a session, your nervous system gets to soften, your energy rebalances, and you leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded in yourself.

I’m Kate and I am a trained postnatal doula AKA I offer expert help and support for new parents.

Things I can help with…

- Emotional care – a listening ear, gentle reassurance, and a safe space for all the feelings that come with new motherhood.

- Relaxation – Reiki, light touch and grounding practices to calm your nervous system and help you feel more like you again.

- Practical help – preparing nourishing food, light household tasks, or simply holding your baby so you can shower, nap, or eat.

- Feeding support – whether it’s breast, bottle, or a mix, I can offer guidance, encouragement, and hands-on help if needed.

- Mother care – making sure you are cared for as much as your baby - because your recovery matters too.

- Space to rest – creating little pockets of quiet and calm so you can breathe and reset.

- Family adjustment – supporting partners or older siblings as everyone finds their rhythm with the new arrival.

• It’s okay to say no - protecting your energy is a form of self-care.
• You are allowed to take up space, even in the busyness of family life.
• Your worth isn’t measured by how much you get done.

Take a breath, unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders. You’ve done enough this week. You are enough. 🤍
