One of the biggest factors that I coach in helping recover or prevent burnout is balance. For example my “good” morning routine looks like this: wake up 6.45. Oil pull, dry body brush, cold shower, yoga 7am/7.30am. Make bed, coffee, daylight walk, school run. Gym. Work. And also my “good” morning routine looks like this: sleep till 7.30. Coffee. School run. Work. You see it’s all about BALANCE. Tuning into your body’s needs, allowing yourself to rest. Knowing the difference between it’s dark it’s cold I C.B.A. And learning to listen to your own instincts and trust them. It took me a long long time to do this. To allow myself rest without feeling guilty. You do not need to be up at 5am, journaling, meditating, chanting, yogaing, breathing, shaking and everything else to practice wellbeing. Somedays just getting up is a “miracle morning”
Learning how to adjust and adapt your daily routine to fit in with your wellness needs doesn’t need to be overwhelming or difficult. This is the first step I coach my clients in order to prevent or recover from burnout. Drop me a DM for any tips and advice. ❤️🙏🏼

For a while there I didn’t recognise my body, for the first time in a long time I felt mentally fit, however my body didn’t, I was bloated,inflamed I had low mood, no energy. My healthy eating habits and exercise routine were no longer working. I started researching into women’s hormones and found a solution!. With a few small changes I felt like the switch had been flicked back on in my brain. I had energy again, these changes helped me rid my body of inflammation, I dropped over a stone and I’m back in the gym training. My intention is to speak my truth and share my experience honestly and vulnerably with you. This is the mission behind club me! I lost me for a while there and I’m here to support you to help you find yourself again. And feel your best.
