✨ Find Your Light This Winter ✨
If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I’m all about chasing the light and protecting my peace.
And as we head into the darker months, that feels more important than ever.
Because let’s be honest — when the mornings are cold and grey, the rain is lashing , and the sun feels like it’s disappeared… everything just feels a little heavier. My energy dips, my motivation slows, and even the simplest healthy habits take more effort.
Sunshine suits me. So does warmth. I eat better, move more, and just feel more myself when I’m outside and in rhythm with nature. My recent time in Spain reminded me of that — long walks, slow mornings, and meditations in the sun that reconnected me to what really matters: presence, stillness, and taking care of myself from the inside out.
That trip inspired me to bring a little of that energy home — to create something we can all lean on when the light fades.
