This special session is designed for mamas and their minis to come together, enjoy some together time, and make magical memories in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of The Little Rosebuds Studio.

Think fluffy robes, towels, bubbles, babies in pumpkins, keepsakes and the amazing to capture every moment.

💫And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.💫

To me, it is such a great privilege that I get to spend time with amazing mamas and their minis every week. I feel very grateful that they choose to attend my classes and that many of them return time and time again 🤍

Little Rosebuds launched 2 and a half years ago and what a journey it has been so far! I even welcomed my own little Rosebud in this time and things have just continued to grow and flourish 🤍 and last year I launched my training academy, which has seen my 30th student join us this week! I am so very very proud!!

I am so very lucky that I get to welcome such beautiful humans into my home and share this special and wonderful journey we call motherhood!

My June classes are all full and Julys classes are over half full on each massage and yoga and so if you’re looking for a small, intimate and extremely friendly class, where you can relax, learn and also gossip about that Netflix show you’re watching, then I would love to welcome you next month 💓

Baby Yoga - Starting next Wednesday at 12:30pm!

A gorgeous class of both mama and baby! Gentle stretches for you and baby, accompanied by singing and some well know nursery rhymes.

🧘🏽‍♀️ You’ll get to enjoy some gentle yoga-inspired stretches too, to help you move your body and connect with baby.

🌙 We always finish with some fun lifts and songs which is always a firm favourite and fills the room with little baby giggles!

This class is perfect for babies 10 weeks+!

Willow and her mama are big fans of Baby Yoga! I’ve had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Willow and her mama to my classes since she was a tiny little baby and actually even from when she was in her mamas tummy for pregnancy relaxation!

👶🏼 Little Rosebuds Baby Yoga is based on the same principles as adult yoga; breathing, stretching and relaxation. Baby Yoga classes help babies to stretch and move and discover their own bodies and abilities. For parents, practicing gentle yoga stretches during the class too can also help their body relax and recover after birth. On top of this, it’s also a wonderful way to bond with your little one and have fun together by sharing songs and singing lullabies. These beautiful classes offer a combination of movement and relaxation and often include some key baby massage moves which is why yoga can be a great follow-on class after your baby has outgrown the massage classes.
