The middle of Metal season place importance on Lungs and Large Intestine.
Autumn - season of dryness.
As you can observe the changes in nature, when leaves start gradually fall down, you could feel something similar internally - how often we do not want to let go of summer...

So feeling of sadness and difficulties of "letting go" - they are the qualities of Metal, especially if there is disbalance of elements.

Please remember to start your day with good warm or hot breakfast.
If you never was considering soups, its a good time to start cooking them.
Taking time to nourish your heart, soul and eyes - with brighter clothes, with drowings and artworks, with bright lighting at home - is important.

Metal contracts, its property is concise, compact, its a strict definition and essence - so its that time, when we can revise, what can we let go easily, and where is our true self remains.
As the strength of character remains the same, its Metal quality - the core and a power of your personality, no matter what the seasons are.
Its good to have more discipline - and especially, first and foremost, in looking after yourself!
Remember to exercise your Lungs with walking, invigorating breathing, to help them with warm drinks, ginger, radishes, tumeric, soups, conjees.

Its a great time to use steam diffusers, with aroma oil, at home.

This picture is about hope, belief in future, about actions today -in the name of tomorrow.

Let me ask you. How in times of uncertainty do people manage their emotions?

Do you know, that Chinese Medicine consider emotions as important internal causes of disease?
We all know the expression "psycho-somatic" - meaning that something non-physical does manifest in the physical body. Western medicine does agree with stress-related conditions, but Chinese Medicine differentiates further:
anger, joy(means "extreme joy"), sadness, grief, over-thinking and fear.

Every person reacts to stressful situation in his own way. Repeated time after time, excessive emotions, not being balanced, have profound effects on the body.

🌱 It is important to cultivate your state of mind and soul - as a gardener, who has planted the seed, and looking after it daily.

Everyone perhaps knows at least one person, who has undergone hip replacement operation.
For 2020-2021 numbers are (UK): 271 women to 100,000 population,
less for men - about 180 per 100,000,
The numbers given for age group 75-79.

... Strangely enough, I have met people who had this operation much earlier in their life.
I have seen also people, who had suffered massive negative effects, that resulted in complete loss of mobility - with consequent constant nursing care...

The numbers are frightening high - it is said to be one of the most frequently and routinely! performed surgical treatments...and that surgery can be avoided!

Amongst cascaded effects of unresolved back problems - yes, the hip joint problem is joining in, for sure.

Our muscles and ligaments of the lower torso create complicated, incredibly beautiful alignment - when all of them have right tone, strength and activity.
Ignoring the lower back pain, stiffness and other signals of discomfort, over-compensating on one area, we can in long term cumulate some damage for the other region.
Some muscles overwork and constantly tense - and the others turn off their functions!

🐍Dear friends, we have entered Snake month of Chinese calendar today. The energies of the month very speedy. Please note, that more attention needed to any physical activity, fast sports activity, driving and general travelling -of any kind, but on the ground and by air more.
If you already have compromised spine/joints problems, do slow down intentionally this month, and proceed to any action with your full attention.

Memories could be happy - or they could become the pocking source of regrets.
.That has happened approx 5 years ago.

One beautiful sunny day, me -fully grown up and responsible adult, with some years of medical education - has completely forgot about how our wonderful backs should be treated!.

I went to the 🎪Trampoline Centre!!💓👏🤩

I loved it so much, and enjoyed it fully!... until the moment, when - huge UPS!..- landed on my coccyx, with some physical noise in my tail department......
Well, I got up by myself, trying not to show much of my fears and emotional shout - How stupid that could be for women, who can be granted health insurance with no questions!.🤦‍♀️😭
The damage has caused numerous episodes of saddenly happening immobilisation, with pain scale jumping to 9 out of 10.

To say, that I was remorseful so many times -sure I have!. But it was tooo late..🤷‍♀️

Me, who was successfuly treating many people' backs, from time to time was getting into helpless state myself.
.Ok, what was good about it?🤔

🌸Definitely, my compassionate nature felt fully for people, who was coming to me, to be treated for their own conditions and symptoms.
🌸 In such a case you would work on your technique more, you would seek more answers, more helpful combinations that work.

🌸I would try many things. And absolutely every little bit, what I did myself - from organising my "wonder- food", to pressure points, to stretches, to breathing and relaxation techniques - every little bit does work and contribute to alleviate back pain.
Of course, acupuncture and massage.👊

🌸It has helped me to understand the seasonal fluctuations and how the weather does affect me..

🌸It has made me to go deeper into other specialities, related to the treatment of our musculo-skeletal conditions.
..and finally, what was good about it -
Its to get one more time the proof of remarkable ability of our body to restore its balance!!!🌿

Dear friends, our body is AMAZING!
You have been given so much hidden reserves!!
I am so grateful to this case, to teach me so much🙏.

🌱Things to remember whilst you suffer with back pain:

🧘‍♀️Try to sit on the hard chair, rather than half-lying on the soft seatee.

🧍Keep your back intentionally straight.
Intention means you keep some constant attention to your back, which can prevent you from hurting it.

🤫 Slow down with your movements.
If you have to work and can not avoid some light activity, please do take your time!
Unless there is a serious hazard, do not get hurried - most of accidents happening in the state of rush!

⚠️Please do watch the floor, where you walking ( not slippery).
Pavements can be a tripping hazard, sudden jerk movement could send pain level up to 8-9.

🚰Try not to get distracted from the type of activity that you busy with.
Do one thing at a time.

🔄Keeping alert can speed up your recovery time!!

Acordingly to TCM, our human Soul being presented by two aspects.
The Hun is the etherial soul, which is the Yang, spiritual aspect.
Said that Hun is to enter the body soon after birth, and goes back to the heavenly realms after death.
The Hun is related to the Liver and Wood element.
Right now we are in Yang Wood period, with Tiger -in a month and a year!
Lets have a look, how that can be reflected in our body.

Functions of the Hun:

-Sleeping and dreaming
-Emotional balance
-Decisions making and planning
-Vision and imagination

"When the Hun are in harmony and health, our lives are grounded in a deep trust in the intrinsic wisdom of the cosmos.

Common signs and symptoms of Hun disturbance:

Dear friends,

🌜We are one step away from the first full Moon of the Water Tiger year.

🍎It is advisable to have lighter food, more vegetables and fruits, drink more (warm) water. To not over-eat.
Please do include more physical activity, but not to extremes)
💧Any kind of cleansing bath, with salts, sauna, massage will be very benefitial to your health.

Make sure you have recognise your own emotions, accept them and talk about them. That could be very helpful - to keep your own "Tigers" at bay, as many people might be not able to recognise the raising emotional responce to words or actions.

Please remember,
The events and actions of this February will have an effect on the whole 2022. 🤩
As your thoughts, and emotions!
