Over the past few weeks, I’ve been quietly preparing a space designed for something many people don’t realise they’re missing — proper, uninterrupted rest.

This will be a private, appointment-only studio. No back-to-back rush, no waiting rooms, just time set aside entirely for you.

For those who like to plan ahead, the June calendar is now available to pre-book.

As a small thank you for early trust, all June bookings will include a complimentary opening ritual upgrade, tailored individually on the day.

She's always been my biggest cheerleader, together with my Dad, but also my voice of reason.

You want great things to happen to you? Work hard
You want to help people? First help yourself
You want to live in another country? Go for it
Go ahead, bring that dog home, adopt that cat, go help your friends at midnight. I'll wait up until you come back home.

I'm 42 yo this year and my mum still calls me to check how I am. And I will never be ashamed to say that I love that about her (and everything else).

My Mum was also my massage model from day 1. She endured a lot whilst I was getting my degree and endless further education. I am very grateful for everything she has done for me, given to me, especially for straightening me up every now and then 🫣

On the count down to this year's Mother's Day, I would like to hear the stories you share with your mother, things you are thankful for, memories you have and how you are planning on celebrating Mother's Day this year.
