As a part of the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Program we are incredibly proud to be able to offer a FREE six week course of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as we tackle masculinity through sport.

An opportunity for boys between 11-14 to learn discipline, a healthy way to challenge their energy and to build respect, confidence, and resilience in a positive environment.

Sessions will run every Friday from 4:15–5:00pm at Level Up Coaching, Augher, starting September 19th led by Rilion Gracie Omagh head coach and black belt William Timoney.

Places are limited – so get in touch to secure a spot.
