Hi everyone,
The hall is reopening next week so our yoga class will resume on 18 th May.
Covid precautions will be in place as before and numbers are limited so booking is required.

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately there will not be any classes now till after Christmas due to the hall being in a Tier 3 area where indoor classes are not allowed.
Hoping for better news after the next review then maybe we can all get back together.

Hi everyone,
I have just been informed that St Michael's church hall has now reopened so the yoga class will resume on Tue 8th Sept. The class will be at the usual time of 6.30 pm and remains £5 per class.

Numbers in the main hall will be limited to 17 (including me) to adhere to social distancing guidelines so a booking system will be in place.
You can book by texting me on 07927 491092 .Please don't try to book on here as I may not see it in time.
I will be taking bookings for next week from now.

The hall will have safety measures in place including daily cleansing and antibacterial dispensers, wipes and sprays will be available for your use. Please sanitise your hands on entering the building.

To avoid the risk of spreading the virus the usual equipment provided will not be available. If possible can you all bring your own mats(£4.99 in Home Bargain) and a belt(dressing gown belts are good) if you use one in your practice.
You are also welcome to bring a blanket if you wish to.

Of course if this is a problem for anyone please contact me and we can sort something out.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update for you.
I am still waiting for the church hall to be re-opened before I can begin to plan when our class can resume.
I hope all of you are well and keeping safe.
There are quite a few classes for you to try on line and zoom if you are looking for something in the meantime.
Look forward to seeing you in the near future, fingers crossed.

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately due to the current government advice regarding Corona Virus I have decided to cancel our class tonight.
The class will be suspended until further notice, I'll keep you informed.
Hopefully it won't be too long, in the meantime stay safe and look after yourselves.

Hi everyone,
For those of you who don't already know there won't be a class on now until February as I'm going to Australia in January to visit my daughter and family.
Class will resume on the 18th Feb 2020.
Wishing you all a very happy and peaceful Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
