What are classes like at Wildwood Wellness?

There is something for everyone in each class - you are encouraged to listen to what you need on that given day. You can expect a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere, connection to nature, creative flows and a chance to combine mind, body and breath.

I qualified as a yoga teacher back in 2022 in Mexico to deepen my own practice, and was surprised at how much I loved the teaching part! I well and truly got the bug and started to teach immediately at my local studio. Three years on and I’ve worked with hundreds of students from complete beginners to advanced. This means I’ve adjusted classes for a LOT of different bodies and experience levels, developing my own teaching each time.

No matter your flexibility, strength or experience, I pride myself in providing classes that are accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I’m constantly learning, so just let me know what you need and I’ll do my best to make you feel comfortable.

What is Wildwood Wellness?

My name is Lily and I’m a yoga teacher with over 250 hours of study in vinyasa, yoga nidra and restorative yoga.

I created Wildwood Wellness as a space for you to connect back to yourself through movement in nature.

I moved to the Scottish Highlands earlier this year after struggling to juggle my passion for teaching yoga and a cycle of corporate burnout. It’s been a long road but my new lifestyle now prioritises a connection to what matters - for me this is family, nature and health.

My days consist of walking my beloved Wirehaired Vizsla Rudi on the beach, hiking with my mum and sister, wild swims in lochs, running (or trying to!) and yoga here there and everywhere.
