I have just completed a course of hypnotherapy with Martin.

I can honestly say that I do not desire to drink alcohol and believe me, if anyone was going to be tempted by a few glasses of chilled white wine, it was me.

I lost my husband very suddenly last December. I drank to to block out my feelings of grief and anxiety. During lockdown it became worse. I’m not ashamed to admit that I was drinking most nights and sometimes consumed up to 2 bottles of white wine. The alcohol numbed my grief, stress and boredom. The next day I would feel awful but in the evening I would start again. My family and friends were extremely concerned about me but I still carried on.

The reality was I was just pouring poison into myself and probably shortening my life in the process.

Since seeing Martin 4 weeks ago, I have not touched a drop of alcohol. I don’t miss it and I certainly feel so much better. My head is clearer, my complexion is better and my mental health has improved greatly. The grief and anxieties are still there of course but I can now focus on dealing with those using more efficient methods and without harming myself in the process.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I have been seeing Martin for his weight loss programme. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had 6 stone to lose, as someone who has always struggled with my weight, I so wish I had done this hypnotherapy years ago. The weight is falling off and I have so much more energy than before. I had attributed tiredness to my heart failure, but losing weight has Much improved how I feel. I now eat healthy low-carbohydrate meals and take plenty of exercise. The hypnotherapy has given me the mindset to make simple but positive changes to my lifestyle. It’s how I’m going to be from now on. I took early retirement due to my health, now I’m getting back to working as a nurse, something I miss.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I initially had a free consultation with Martin, where we discussed my anxiety issues and how they had affected me since 2014 and how I was looking for a way to finally overcome these issues.

Martin listened throughout and then went on to explain about hypnotherapy and what he thought it could offer me. I knew right away that I wanted to work with Martin to finally improve my life.

Martin explained that we'd work together over 3 sessions. Session 1 one week, Session 2 the next and then a 2 week break before my 3rd and final session.

All I can say is wow. The first session was surreal, it took me to places in my mind that were a revelation, although not completely unexpected. I left that first session feeling like I was already walking taller and that I had a much more positive outlook.

The following 2 sessions worked similarly. It still amazes me how Martin has this ability to put you at such ease and make you feel so calm and relaxed whilst working what I can only describe as his magic.

Along with mp3s to support the journey through hypnotherapy, I have felt the best I have felt in years.

There's new life in me, a light at the end of the tunnel that I really didn't think existed anymore.

I'd absolutely recommend Martin. He knows what he is doing, he's a brilliant, friendly guy who only gets results.

I'd say he's a friend for life now. I know if ever I need to get in touch, Martin will be there.
