Introducing Sarah King of Balanced Body Wellness.

She will be catering at the Pleiades Sacred Site Retreat in Avebury, facilitated by Sue Coulson of Cosmic Classroom™ and Tom Theunissen, to bring a seasonal menu of vegetarian cuisine to this 4 day residential event.

Expect vibrant main meals, comforting soups, delicious desserts and rejuvenating snacks - all crafted to restore energy, promote relaxation and ensure everyone feels nourished from the inside out.

Sarah trained as an Ayurvedic Chef with ‘The Mindful Kitchen’ and is also a Holistic Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach.

Ayurveda emphasizes harmony between body, mind and spirit, and Sarah will be creating energized meals with fresh ingredients, balanced with healing spices to support digestion and detoxification.
