Hehe, well folks, it’s only taken me 5 months to put this together! If you didn’t know, retreat fairies don’t set deadlines nor do they make to-do lists 🌲🧚🏼🪄

The world feels so heavy right now and it’s easy to get stuck in the darkness and suffering that we - as empaths, as humans, as the collective heart - cannot ignore.

Amongst it all, here are some glimmers of light that have held my weary heart throughout. There’s still so much beauty when we look for it. It’s all just light and dark. What a privilege to be living in the light. Grateful for friends, family, health, my safe home, nature, peace and freedom that so many don’t have. ❤️
