As I close the doors after my last client of 2025 ready to spend New Year with my family, I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for putting your trust in me. Last week’s snow didn’t delay progress here! It’s amazing to see the garden room really starting to take shape now! The future home of Reset Refresh Therapies is finally standing tall amongst the trees!

Every nail, screw and plank of wood brings it closer to becoming a calm, luxurious retreat, soon to be ready to create peaceful moments just for you ✨

Snow is on the way here in the Cairngorms ❄️
Which means it’s officially hot stone season 🥰

If you’ve never tried it….imagine warm, smooth basalt stones easing tight muscles and melting away tension you didn’t even realise you were carrying. Perfect especially at this time of year when the cold settles into your shoulders and lower back.

If you’re feeling the chill creeping in, this is the treatment that feels like you’re stepping into a cocoon of warmth.
