Did you know that lower back pain can be caused by various factors?
For example, weak, untrained abdominal and gluteal muscles lead to the loss of stability of the pelvis and trunk, the body bends during walking and other movements, resulting in compression of the intervertebral discs, causing lower back pain.
At the same time unstretched, constantly toned muscles of the lower leg, back of the thigh, glutes, as well as the iliolumbar muscle collectively lead to an incorrect distribution of load on the stabiliser muscles of the spine, which, in turn, again leads to pain and discomfort.
Don’t let pain ruin your day and mood!
Regular exercises, stretching and hand massage will help to relax tense muscles and get rid of muscle cramps and knots, while at the same time toning up weak and overstretched muscles.
