❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lord, comfort those who've lost someone this year, wrapping Your arms around the brokenhearted who are walking through unimaginable grief.
The pain of loss is so heavy, the emptiness so profound, and they need Your supernatural comfort that surpasses all understanding.
Teach them that it's okay to grieve, to cry, to feel the full weight of their loss, that You don't expect them to be strong or move on quickly.
You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit, meeting them in their darkest moments with a presence that holds them together when they're falling apart.
Help them navigate the firsts without their loved one, the holidays that feel incomplete, the milestones that bring fresh waves of grief, the ordinary moments that suddenly feel impossible.
Remind them that grief is love with nowhere to go, that their sorrow is a testament to the depth of their love, and that You honor both their tears and their memories.
Give them friends who will sit with them in silence, family who won't rush their healing, grace for themselves on the hard days, and hope that joy will return even though it feels impossible now.
Let Your comfort be tangible and real, meeting them where they are, carrying what they cannot carry, and gently reminding them that their loved one is with You and they are not alone.
Amen.
