Hello its been a while since I've posted on this page, after the safe arrival of our wonderful son back in Aug 2023 things have been busy!

Fear not I'm still working 3 days a week on a Wed, Thursday and Friday from Dalfaber in Aviemore. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for any injuries (new or old).

I will plan to post more regularly on this page with all things physio related. Julie

That's the Cycling world champs coming to a finish and what a 10 days it's been.

Scotland did a damn fine job, amazing to be a very tiny part of such a brilliant event doing some classification at the para road events.

Great to be able to pop up to Badaguish this afternoon to help Able2adventure with an adaptive bike session as part of the Scottish Disability Sport day.

Very exciting event for Boat pump track, get the young kids down on 11th June and you never know they may qualify for the world's later in the year.

Excellent results coming from the world para cycling championships. Gold for Strathpeffer local Fin Graham, a lovely lad who deserves every success

Fin Graham and Fran Brown win road race golds for Great Britain at the Para-cycling Road World Championships in Canada.

Julie had a great week working out in Quebec as an international classifier at a paracycling world cup this week.

Julie had a great week at the Invcitus games working as a categroiser, which involves putting athletes into the correct sport class according to their impairment.

Ive been enjoying some success this week working with the NZ adaptive ski team.

Kiwi sit skier Corey Peters said he could have won silver or gold had it not been for a big mistake near the finish.
