None of this takes away from our commitment to you. We are here to support you and we remain determined to do everything we can. But we cannot hide the fact that the road ahead is challenging and the uncertainty is real.

I received this great review from "M", a client at my Inverness clinic, earlier this week.

"I was recommended Dave following injury to both knees causing me extreme pain and impacting on everything in my life – including a job requiring a lot of walking/fitness and an impending lambing at the home farm. Dave’s treatments got me through lambing, and we then concentrated on longer term rehab, which I admit felt beyond reach. The combination of massage treatments, (kinesio) taping, advise and honesty as well as encouragement that things would get better have come to fruition. I can now walk well and properly and even some run steps, no longer use painkillers and I’m doing everything I need and want to do. I received this nice testimonial yesterday.

This week's words!

Maintaining the same position for long hours or performing repeated movements several days a week, every week as part of a work schedule, can create as much chronic immobility and pain as sudden injuries and accidents cause acute pain. This could be by working at a computer, or supermarket checkout desk, driving a car, van, tractor or train. Performing repetitive tasks such as operating machinery, or manual tasks such as in construction or engineering trades can be just as problematic.
