We are back with another community foot health workshop and more!

For those who missed it in July, we are running another foot health workshop to explore balance and function, to reconnect with what our feet are naturally designed to do. We will build strength in our toes, arches and legs to keep you feeling stable, and able, to enjoy life and all your activities!

Nathan is back to join us! He is bringing a breath and movement workshop with flow rope which we are very excited for. Flow movements help to build mobility, coordination , strength and posture.

Jalen from is coming to teach us all about holistic dog training and the importance of living in balance with your dog, using adventure and play to build connection.

When: Saturday 30th August 2025
Where: near Aviemore
Cost: £40 full day or £20 per workshop

A great day planned, which is accessible to all.
