Gem's Yoga Yoga for every-body! Classes based Cathedral square Fortrose Yoga classes for everyone. Always focusing on the breath with our movement.

All abilities welcomed, even if you think yoga isn't for you-you may be surprised. We focus on breath work, poses, meditation and relaxation of mind and body

Classes vary on style

Hatha yoga-we move through sequences varying from strengthening to lengthening, standing to sitting, relaxing to warming. Finishing with a meditation or relaxation the the end

Yin yoga-low lights, music, and moving th

rough a sequencing of poses that we hold for 3-5mins each, completely supported by equipment, allowing us to let go of tension and to allow the mind and body to relax and open. Very beneficial practice for everyone-especially those who feel they need a ‘switch off’ and for those who hold a lot of tension

Nakoa did me a photoshoot for turning 40 today. I feel I missed my calling as a marine animal model 😂😂 the girls at yoga said something that’s pretty good advice that packed a punch before I left for holiday …..they told me to always be grateful of your age and turning another year/decade older because the alternative is you don’t. I was ok about turning 40 anyway but that advice really got me, grateful to you yoga girls for the lessons the last few years ❤️❤️😎😎💃🏼
