When your client messages saying she’s bleached her own hair at home and given herself a cut… you know it’s going to be an interesting appointment 😅✨
She came in for a tidy up and for me to take a look at the colour. I couldn’t leave her walking out with the orange tones and banding, so with the time we had we worked some magic.
Added a K18 treatment to help repair and strengthen the hair after the at-home bleach, gave it a fresh cut, and toned things down so it looked much more blended and healthy.
She left feeling happy and confident again — and she’s booked back in for a few weeks’ time so we can continue the colour journey properly 🤍
Sometimes it’s not about a full transformation in one sitting, it’s about doing what’s best for the hair and getting it back on track. ✨
