And there we have it
Another summer of cricket has finished! 🏏
Big thanks to Somerset Cricket Foundation for having such a fantastic program of activity’s our guys can access
Another big thanks to Huntspill & District Cricket Club and Shapwick and Polden Cricket Club for letting us use their facilities during the program
Finally, massive thanks and farewell to Emily from the Foundation who is off to pastures new, which means she won’t be able to coach our guys in future cricket sessions
Over the last 3 years she has introduced our students to cricket, Taught them basic and advanced cricketing skills and even helped some of our students over come fears! She will be sorely missed by everyone who takes part in these sessions
From what started off as a Short 6 week ‘winter’ project turned to a fully fledged program of all year round cricket which includes competitions, days out, much more! Thank you Emily 👏🏻
