Hello from all at summerlane waverley floor 👋😘 how are we all coping with the heat🥵 we have been plagued by ladybirds in weston-s-mare some made it to our runner beans 🫘 we picked our first crop yesterday 😀 love to you all from all of us ❤️ ######

Our residents and their families had a fantastic time at our quiz night at Summer Lane Care Home on Friday 4th July—laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of brain teasers filled the evening.💜

To top it all off, everyone enjoyed classic fish and chips together.🍟🐟

Thank you to everyone who joined us it was a fantastic evening 😊✨

Our ladies had a lovely afternoon meeting tilly the pony
Had afternoon tea and cake riding stables out wick St Lawrence new venture ladies were very first customers to experience it so lovely to see the smiles on thier faces having tea and cake in the fresh air and meeting Tilly the owners cat and dog made an appearance also very rewarding and successful mini bus trip 😊

Hi from us all at summerlane waverley floor the upcycled bake bean cans are now in our patio garden our dwarf runner beans have now got flowers 💐 on 😁 a rescued sad 😔 looking bird 🐦 feeder full of rust has been given a new lease of life the sun 🌞 has been shining a polly pocket cut up flowers traced with permanent marker and coloured with all purpose pens is acting as a stained glass decoration we did several in arts and craft we have some adorning our windows in our small dining room which look very pretty love to all our families and friends #########x🫂🌻⚘️🪴🌼💐🌞

Useful way of upcycling large empty baked bean tins etc from the kitchen with paper napkins in various prints ( large pile from a charity shop ) use watered down glue to stick spray with varnish gives and aged distressed look can be used to store things in or put a potted plant 🪴|🌱 in and they don't have sharp edges round the top like smaller tins

Well worth a trip to charity shops found these yesterday popped in on way to doctors to see the vampire 🧛‍♀️ to have blood taken 😂 useful addition to waverley activities 😀 xx

Waverleys attempt at a little solar water feature plant 🪴 pot inside of an existing plant pot some fake 💐 flowers we had laying around add some old plant pots around the bottom of which we have many 😀 and hopefully when the busy lizzies get bigger it will be a cheerful 😊 if not perfect display 😎🪴🏵🪻###x

Hi everyone bit windy the last couple of days on waverley the sunflowers 🌻 and dwarf runner beans 🫘 we planted have really taken off we made a bird bath out of an empty juice bottle we go through loads in the home so it's good to do our bit for recycling ♻️ we made one last year as well 😊 hope all our friends and families are fit and well love to you all from us all on waverley 😘🫂 ###
