Bladder 40 is found behind the knee, in the centre of the crease.
It’s a key point for relieving back pain, stiffness, and leg tension—especially when we’ve been holding stress in the lower body.
Energetically, it helps us release old burdens and emotional weight we carry in the spine.
It’s a great point when you feel physically or emotionally stuck—like you need to bend, move, or let go but something’s holding you back.
Gentle pressure here can feel surprisingly freeing.
