7 YEARS! 🥳
Can’t quite believe it’s been seven years since NB Sports Therapy began. What started as a small dream has grown into something I’m so proud of — helping people move better, recover faster, and feel stronger every day.
Huge thank you to all my amazing clients and supporters who’ve been part of this journey — you’re the reason I love what I do! 💙

I’m pleased to welcome you all in to my new space down at OJ Gyms Axminster! 🤩

I’m so pleased with all the hard work my husband and I have put in the last few weeks to get it ready for you. Still some work to be done but I’m ready for my doors to be opened on Monday. 🙌🏻
