💚🌿🌳🌲Go outside.....lie on your back in your favourite patch of green. Feel the sun on your skin.....feel the bones of mother earth supporting your bones.🌿

Allow your fingers to slide through the short, squeaky grass.....feeling its rough stalkiness.....gently bruising some scent out of it. Smell the freshness of the green magick which surrounds you. Breathe in the potency and healing vibes of nature's rawness.🌿

In the distance....listen to the sound of a tiny bird.....singing a song you can hardly hear. Everything around you is suspended. You are relaxed and aware at the same time. Connecting with the natural world through all of your senses.🌿

Lie down and still your mind.....be at one with the essence of nature.....🌲🌳🌿💚

The brown hare, swift, watchful, and steeped in old folklore.
Sacred to the moon, woven into tales of shape shifting and mystery, the hare has long been seen as a creature that moves between worlds. Quick as the wind, yet still enough to vanish into the grass. A symbol of abundance, intuition, and untamed spirit.

In story and superstition, the brown hare was said to carry messages to the Otherworld, a companion of witches and wise women, and an omen of change at the turning of the seasons. To meet a hare was to be reminded that the veil between worlds is never far, and that wild magick still runs through the fields.

When Parents Die 💔
Nothing is ever the same again. A part of us changes forever. We can no longer simply be children, because the very people who made us feel safe, loved, and sheltered are no longer here. We no longer have their warm hugs to run to, their tender kisses to comfort us, or their words of encouragement that once gave us courage to face the world.

Life suddenly feels heavier and harder, because their protective love—the shield that once surrounded us—is gone. When our parents leave this world, no matter how old we are, we are left as orphans. And that truth is painfully hard to accept at any age. You may have your own family now, but deep inside, the face of your parents, their voices, and their love remain etched in your soul for eternity.

We grow older, but within each of us lives a child—longing to be cared for, guided, and protected by Mom and Dad. That child never disappears, and when our parents are gone, that longing becomes deeper, stronger, and unending.

To lose them is to lose a piece of home, a part of ourselves. Yet even in their absence, their love lives on—shaping who we are, reminding us of where we came from, and whispering to us in the silence that we are never truly alone, because the bond between parent and child is eternal.

Listen to the voice that is found within the winds.....the sounds of ancient lands. Notice the breath that is seen in the shrouded mists....rolling in over the hills.....creating a magickal cloak of protection.🌳

The Earth is singing her song for all of us to hear. Feel the beat of the rhythm of her tune.....and adjust your step to align with the beat. Be still Beloved One.....and learn the song of nature.....🌿🌲🌳💚

We still have days of summer left, however I have noticed the swallows gathering to leave, it will be sad to see them go, happy when they return in the spring.
